Water hygiene
FactoryLab enables facility teams to ensure water system safety and prove regulatory compliance by continuously monitoring water temperatures, detecting hygiene risks, and automating audit-ready reporting.
This replaces manual checks with real-time, evidence-based oversight across all outlets and assets.

FactoryLab’s water monitoring solutions help facility managers prevent Legionella growth. By using ClipR, FlexR or TMVR temperature sensors on hot, cold, and mixed pipes, they continuously log temperatures across a building’s plumbing.
This allows real-time alarms to signal temperature ranges in which Legionella could develop. Our sensors replace the need for regular manual checks as part of preventive building measures or while combatting an active outbreak.
Another added benefit is the possibility of signalling problems like leaks or pump failures early through unusual temperature measurements.
Real-Time Data analytics

Going beyond just tracking temperature, our new FlushR system identifies whether taps are flushed regularly and helps automate flushing routines, preventing irregular water usage that could lead to bacterial growths.
Preventive Flushing

FactoryLab’s water monitoring solutions help facility managers prove compliance with Water Hygiene regulations. By using ClipR, FlexR or TMVR temperature sensors on hot, cold, and mixed pipes, they continuously log temperatures across a building’s plumbing.
This creates a complete, timestamped record that proves compliance with hygiene standards and replaces manual temperature checks and clipboard logging.
All temperature logs are stored in the dashboard and can be downloaded or automatically included in reports.
This allows estates teams to demonstrate full compliance during audits, saving time and avoiding non-compliance risk.
